I’m a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with individuals and couples in exploring emotional, relational and sexual challenges – helping them build deeper self-awareness, connection, and pleasure.

My training at Tavistock Relationships in London, a leading centre for relational and psychodynamic therapy, has shaped my understanding of how our past continues to influence our present – often in ways we may not immediately recognise. Alongside this psychodynamic foundation, I am expanding my clinical work through specialist training in psychosexual therapy, which explores the complex interplay between biological, psychological, and social aspects of our sexual experience.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked within corporate settings and complex organisational systems. This experience continues to inform my awareness of how workplace pressures, roles, and expectations affect emotional wellbeing and our sense of self, as well as how people navigate the balance between external demands and inner needs.

Individual therapy offers a supportive space to slow down and explore what may be leaving you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain, often in relation to relationships past or present. Together, we reflect on your experiences, patterns of relating, and inner world, including how you navigate intimacy, connection, and conflict. Therapy can help illuminate how earlier relational experiences continue to shape your present life, supporting deeper self-understanding and opening up new ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more aligned.

Individual Therapy

When relationships feel stuck, conflicted, or distant, couples therapy offers a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface. With curiosity, we look at patterns, dynamics, and unmet needs, including how past relational experiences may be replaying in the present and influencing how you respond to one another. The purpose of therapy is to focus on what matters to you — whether that’s finding new ways to reconnect and revive the relationship, or, if necessary, gaining clarity and support to move on with care and respect.

Couples Therapy

Experiencing difficulties around sex, intimacy, or sexual confidence is common, whether individually or within a relationship. Sex therapy offers a safe, confidential space to explore what may be affecting desire, closeness, or sexual functioning (for example erectile issues or painful intercourse), and how these experiences impact your sense of self and your relationships. Together we work to understand what’s happening and explore tailored ways to support greater connection, confidence, and sexual wellbeing. As I am currently in my final year of psychosexual training, I am able to offer sessions at a reduced rate.

How I Work

I offer 50-minute sessions, held weekly at a mutually agreed time on the same day each week. This time is held exclusively for you. Therapy is open-ended, with no fixed number of sessions, unless we agree otherwise at the outset, taking your individual needs and circumstances into account.

I offer in-person sessions from my consulting room in Brighton & Hove. The practice is easy to reach by public transport or car, with paid parking available nearby, and provides a calm, comfortable setting for our work together.

In-Person Sessions

I offer online video sessions for those based further afield or with particular access needs. While sessions take place remotely, it’s important that we still honour the therapy setting, and that you’re able to join from a quiet, comfortable, and private space, with a strong internet connection to ensure clear video and audio. This helps ensure sessions feel contained, confidential, and supportive.

What qualifications do you have?

I have a Post Graduate Diploma (Level 7 equivalent) in Individual & Couple Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I continue to develop my clinical practice through advanced training, currently working towards a Diploma in Psychosexual Therapy alongside other CPD (continued professional development) practices.


Who do you work with?

I work with individuals and couples experiencing relational and / or sexual difficulties. My practice is inclusive, supporting people from a wide range of cultural and racial backgrounds, diverse sexualities and genders, and neurodivergence. I strive to create a space that is welcoming, respectful, and affirming of difference, guided by intersectionality and ongoing reflection and professional development.


How long does therapy last?

Each session lasts 50 minutes. Therapy is open-ended, with no fixed timeframe, though sessions often take place over several months. At times, the work may feel emotionally demanding, and we move at a pace that feels manageable and supportive. This open-ended approach allows time and space to explore both conscious and unconscious processes that may be contributing to current difficulties or recurring patterns, fostering deeper understanding and opening up new ways of relating and living your life.


Do you accept insurance?

I currently only operate privately, and am not available through insurance providers.


What are the fees?

I offer psychodynamic sessions for £70 for individuals and £100 for couples.

When working psychosexually I am currently able to offer sessions at a reduced rate of £60 for individuals and £80 for couples.

I understand that finances can be a concern. I am able to offer some concessions, so please feel free to get in touch and we can see if there’s a way to work together.


What is the cancellation policy?

Each session is reserved exclusively for you, therefore, missed sessions (including planned holidays) are subject to the standard session fee. This policy ensures that your time is protected, supports continuity in therapy, and helps maintain a sustainable practice so that I can continue offering high-quality care to all clients. Where possible, alternative session times may be offered, or we could look to have an online-session in place of in-person, but this cannot be guaranteed. If I have to cancel a session, there will be no fee, and I will aim to provide you with sufficient notice.


What is the privacy and confidentiality policy?

I am committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of everyone I work with. As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and an Accredited Member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT), I follow their Professional Codes of Conduct. If you choose to begin therapy with me, we will sign an agreement together outlining our responsibilities to each other in more detail.
